Left Ear Dead In JVC Super Bass HA-V570 Headphones?

I have these 0JVC Super Bass HA-V570 Headphones which I love very much but the left ear went dead all of sudden I think it went dead after my foot got tangled in it and I walked away unaware I opened up the headphones and nothing seems to be wrong anyone know how to fix them?
